Refund policy

If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us within 24 hours of placement.  After an order has shipped, we can no longer accept cancellations.  If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

If an item is lost in transit and the tracking information has not been updated for 30 days, then we will issue a full refund for the order.  If an item arrives damaged or is not as described, please contact us so we can work out a return or exchange.  The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
